Thomas has worked as a commercial photographer in London for around fifteen years. His clients have included Cartier, Fuji, Heinz, Linklaters and Getty Images.
After moving to the south coast he has changed emphasis and is mainly concentrating on Landscapes as an art form. He chooses local scenes and has also found Pembrokshire in Wales a good subject. He has created a series of landscapes of Dungeness capturing the expanse and bleakness of the area. He highlights nature and how people live and work in the shadow of the nuclear power station. The horizon in each picture runs exactly through the centre therefore creating uniformity of style when exhibited together. Thomas has also created some abstract detailed images of lighthouse lenses that show how the light refracts creating an array of rich colours.
