Born 1963, Bill Calder studied at Maidstone College of Art in the early 80's, gaining a degree in Graphic Design in 1984.
Bill then continued his career working for several notable design companies. He has spent the last 21 years establishing himself in the BBC News department where he holds Senior Designer status.
Bill's meticulously considered seascapes are intriguingly minimal, relaxing and calm. The onlooker's eye is drawn to the softly fading horizons which blend almost seamlessly into his gently moving cloud formations.
Bill lives locally with his wife and children.
