We have chosen our ceramicists and sculptors for their uniqueness of style, bold forms and subtle use of colour as well as great mastery of technique. Council member of The Royal Society of British Artists are just some of the coveted positions held but all are high achievers within their discipline.
Guy Portelli’s impressive bronze sculptures with their clever ambiguity of form sit well within inside or outside spaces.
Born in Prague, Jitka Palmer’s painted ceramics are real talking points with their beautifully toned grey blues, greens and creams applied to the wet clay then fired and glazed to create figurative, expressive scenes.
Each of these one off ceramics tells a different story some of which are from her own life.

Clare Wakefield’s ceramics have the themes of growth and regeneration. Created in earthstone, the bone like quality and fluidity of movement stir a feeling of both strength and vulnerability.
Clare uses many techniques within her work and loves to push the clay to its limits creating something unique.
